If it is smelling bad it could be infected or abcessed. I've never had a bird hurt but I know this is true for other animals. May need to see the vet.

I just got 2 young toulouse geese. About 4-5 months. Very sweet and follow me around like dogs.I would like them to use our pond and stay around it. I have 3 ducks that use it all the time but the geese won't get close to them. Always had chickens...any suggestions?
