The eggs have started hatching! I have tolbunt chicks available for shipping or pick up.
My flock came from four different breeders so I have good genetic diversity in the chicks. These are all pure tolbunts, no golden laced splits. I have a frizzle roo covering 8 smooth hens so there is a...
Are all of you aware of the incubation service at 4195 S. 900 E. in SLC? I just picked up some chicks he hatched for me and he has an amazing hatching facility. He told me he has bout 7500 eggs in his incubators currently. He only charges 30 cents an egg.
I have tolbunt, isbar, and cream...
I just filled the incubator with my first setting of the year. Hopefully in a few weeks there will be some new Tolbunts, Isbars, and Cream Legbars running around.
I ended up with three hens from the Greenfire line of silver double laced barnvelders so I am in search of a rooster. Does anyone know someone that might have an extra?
Hi neighbors! I live in Utah but come to Wyoming regularly with work so I thought I would see what chicken activity was going on in Wyoming. I have cream legbars, isbars, tolbunts and the usual other odds and ends.
Some of the hens in my eating egg flock have lost the feathers on their back from over breeding. I have removed the roosters now, will thier feathers grow back or do I have to wait until they molt?
I will be hatching the tolbunts next spring. I also lost my mind momentarily and spent way too much on some second import Isbars so I will have green egg layers hatching next spring also.
Pictures of my Tolbunts.
Does anyone on here do custom incubating or know someone that does? I need to find someone that could hatch a dozen or two eggs every week or so.
Can anyone bring a hen back to the SLC area from the chickenstock. I am getting the hen from Le Casa de Pollo and she can take her to the Chickenstock.
