I hatched out a beautiful porcelain d’anver hen in February and I don’t believe that she has layed an egg yet. Does anyone have a photo of the eggs the d’anvers lay for reference?

I got her from someone looking to downsize their flock. They also had no idea of the breed- as they got her from hatching eggs from a mixed flock.

I thought brown but after checking the box I’m leaning toward white.

More pictures of her comb- I believe* egg color is brown?

This hen is aprox 1-2 years old but I have no idea what breed. 🤷‍♀️ Thank you for any information you can share 🤓

These two silkies were born in March so aprox 4-5 months old. No one is crowing yet but we were curious about gender. ( black and white) We also have a third that was born a couple weeks behind these two…. Michele

Baby chick born 36 hours ago and keeps sitting on her butt. Is alert- and pooping. When encouraged she will take a couple wobbly steps but always goes back to butt sitting. I tried the “ splayed leg” treatment but she still sat on her butt- and her legs are facing forward.....Any thoughts...

The araucana are def. pure.. I got them from a reputable breeder. I adore them!.... I will look for the Pea Comb.. when should I notice if they have single or Pea? Michele
