1st time showing, I was humbled to say the least. We will be heading to the next show here in Ne in Lincoln in November. It is really stressful but yet neat and a huge learning experience. Nice to win and have help pay for their feed haha

I love my Nankin, took 1st with all 3 and even Best of Breed and Show with my cockerel. I too will never be without them.

I didn't have a lot of issues, I wrap my coop, and nor did my friend who doesn't wrap hers. The roosters can get frostbite on their combs like any other, just bag balm it.. love my Nankin!

I breed and raise Nankin Bantams, I love these little birds!

This is my broody hen, she sat broody for a most 2 months until I put 4 eggs under her, 2 were the same as her from a flock mate and the other two were Silver Duckwing Wing.

Just hatched 3 OEG 1.5 weeks ago along with 5 Nankin egg today I got from another breeder. They are just darling![/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]

I have Nankins and am breeding them, I Currently have 5 chicks that are just over 2 weeks old. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the breed! Very loving, social and fun to watch! I as well as another gal locally are breeding them and hope to educate and show folks how wonderful these lil wee ones are.

I found a page of just OEG and you are correct, I had looked through the breeds on here and seen that American Game and thought they looked like them but after looking at this page I agree they are Brown Red girls.. Thanks for info and getting me looking in the right direction!
