I agree chickens are quieter if you get hens my ducks are all loud and messy and less social than the chickens.

How adorable I am still waiting for our fertility to turn around but love the little call ducks. Last fall we went and bought 2 baby chicks to be our call ducks friend due to it being the only one, that worked well until we had another hatch.

We have around sixty chickens and twenty-five ducks, so it goes fast.

Out of curiosity, how did you pick these pics from all posted?

I mix the 18% all flock with the naturewise layer and a splash of BO sunflowers and feed everyone, but I'm always looking for a better deal. We go through almost twenty pounds of feed a day.

Does anyone know another brand other than Nutrena that uses a mini pellet? I Like the pellets because there is less waste, but the mini pellet is easier for our bantams and call ducks.
