Thanks for the warm reception. 31 of 42 hatched. Still 3 eggs in incubator. This is day 22. I think they might be dead. I had 2 hatch out dead. Any thoughts?

Been using this website for research. Lots of great info here so I figured it's time to join and share my story. Been raising chickens since march 2012 so you can say I'm a rookie. I hatched my first batch of chicks this weekend and the whole thing has been a great learning experience.
