Hello, new here and new to having chickens. After purchasing a few after my daughters class hatched chicks I quickly became obsessed. I have 18 and tonight is their first night out of the house. Look forward to my time with them and getting many more.

We have had a cold start to spring here, which also has slowed the building of our coop. Today however was beautiful, we got coop mostly done and our chicks spent the day outside. Hoping tomorrow night to have them in coop, 18 chickens in our living room is getting to be a bit crazy.

Today was our first day out, spring has taken to long to show itself. Tomorrow night will hopefully be their first night in the new coop
