    Eye issue.

He seems to use his other eye to really focus on things. There may have been trauma to this eye, but otherwise they're isolated from other fowl. I don't think this pupil is normal. It also is not reactive to light. How would I know if it was Marek's?

    Good day!

There HAS been a decrease in the lizard population around their coop. I have a strange love for frogs, so I'm a bit squeamish when it comes to that idea. We renamed Nugget to Johnny Depp. He seems to respond to that better. My mom and aunt walk around with old broom handles when the chickens...

Review by '' on item 'Rhode Island Red'

I have 4 females, and one male. We had them since they were fairly small chicks. They've all been handled, and made to trust us. They chase rattle snakes and pick at them until they slither away. They love to be let out of their coop to free range, but go back into the coop about an hour...

    Good day!

I don't know if anyone else will read this, but my suspension of "Nugget" being male was correct. He has grown into a huge rooster. He tries to be intimidating, but I keep picking him up. No one else can, and he will chase after strangers. I'm ok with that. I've also noticed the whole flock...

Lets see pics of your PALLET COOPS!

Slapped together a run for our chicks. They are getting too big for the brooder, but we have a small house. So on sunny days they can have some outside time.

How wonderful! I'm looking for a temporary shelter for our 5 red chicks. They seem to be getting cramped in their brooder and I'm still working on their coop. Thank you so much for inspiration!

    Good day!

Thank you everyone!! The chicks don't have runny noses! They seem to be doing just fine. They are very entertaining but now they're getting restless in their living quarters. The store didn't tell us how old the chicks were but we've had them for 3 weeks. This was taken about 5 days ago. The...
