How old is she? A couple of my newly hatched chicks kept their eyes closed for quite a bit the first few hours after I pulled them from the bator and into the brooder. 24 hours later they were wide eyed and bushy tailed. I would use the age old remedy and leave it along for now.....tomorrow...
