Thanks for the condolences. Yes, more than one hatch date is tricky and definitely something I won't be repeating. Talk about a pain and making me a nervous wreck. Ugh. I haven't given up on the hatch. Replaced the lid and put a fresh warm wet washcloth in with the eggs. We'll see what...

Update: Came home today to find dog in laundry room, bator lid off and dead chick on floor. That darn lab is going end up killing all my chickens!! I am soooooo upset. The bator temp had gotten down to about 90. Chances are the rest of the eggs are ruined.
