Ducks chickens haven’t lay since December

I did think maybe the fires/smoke may have effected them in some way but as I said my neighbors chooks are still laying. I was thinking maybe the ducks are being over mated by the drakes which I may have to do something about but the chickens doesn’t make sense. The best box is quite high away...

Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

That's ok, I'm getting used to that hahaha. It seems all the breeders are down south. I have found one guy who has good quality khakis near Brisbane but he has many many orders to fill. Does anyone know how I would go about finding markets in my area, and are they farmer markets? Thanks :)

Hi my name is Kirsty I'm from Australia. I love my khaki Campbell's. After a couple of misfortunes, my neighbor stealing my ducks to a horrible fox massacre I've now got a very secure fort. I'm wondering if there are any fellow Aussies on here that would like to sell me some eggs? I've got a...

Can I suggest Uncle Toms Poultry. They have a wide range of stock at affordable prices. They're my go to for everything and they have a knowledge of information as they own and breed they're own poultry. I had a guy once try to sell me more dust and didn't know a thing about it.

    Help with newly hatched duckling.

Thank you for your reply. Duckling started drinking 24 hours after hatching and I showed it how to eat, it's very different from yesterday I thought I was going to lose it. I think it was very tired the hatching took around 48 hours. I'm now playing mumma duck to a very curious happy duckling.

    Help with newly hatched duckling.

I only had one duck egg in my incubator as my puppy got a little to playful with my duck. This is my only fertile egg from mother duck who is sadly no longer with us. Baby duck hatched some time today I would say it's been out of the egg for a couple of hours. It hasn't moved much, it's head...

Neighbour killed half my flock how to introduce new babies.

I'm devastated to say the least. My flock of ducks and chickens have just turned 3 months and I was slowly letting them out every few days. They would happily come back midday to be put away. They were nearly ready to lay. When I returned home yesterday my two biggest chickens and my biggest...
