Hello I have a 7 month old Rhode island red who has not been laying or eating much for almost a week. She is still drinking. Just in case she is egg bound we have given her oyster shells, warm baths, and a little Vaseline at the opening. I don't see anything. Her bottom is messy and tail is down...

I have a 2 month old chicken that for some reason can't walk right. When she tries she falls over. I checked her out but I don't see anything. What could it be?

I was told this is a black star but I'm not so sure. She is about 4 weeks old and is still pretty small.

It got me into really researching alot of different chickens so i cant say it was all bad.

Do you get different breeds out of the same tub at tractor supply? First they told me they were all pullets when i bought them but i called the next day to find out what breed they were they told me they had no idea they just bought a stright run batch from the hatchery.

Thank you all. Their feet are really thick and they all look pretty big (to me at least) for only being about 4 weeks. Especially the darker ones i have.

Hello im new to raising chickens but already addicted! The first ones i got were from tractor supply and i was told the wrong info. How do i know what breed i have? Ive been searching everywhere.thanks!
