Can someone tell me what this balding is on her neck and how can I help her if possible? I haven't seen this on any of the chicks I have raised. I noticed it on the neck first and it keeps growing each day.

This is my first time raising chickens and have noticed one of my chickens has a strange development on her head. The blackish wart like bumps are concerning to me. Is it something I should be worried about? I saw something called fowl pox but that looks different from what my chicken has.
