Hi guys an update, yesterday I took the plasters off and one foot had been corrected but still waiting on the second. She had started to eat the chick crumb I had down. Unfortunately last night she died- I'm not sure why as she had plenty of food and water and was very energetic. Very sad day

This is my 4th hatch and it's been terrible no idea what has gone wrong! But I have ended up with only one chick, one foot is curled and iv seen online that straightening it out with a plaster can work? Also there is still black where the sac should have absorbed is this affecting the chick...

Im sorry I cant help much, all iv been told in the past is to keep him under a heat lamp of some sort in a cup with damp cloth- but thats with an unruptured sac and make sure he takes water. I wouldn't know what to do but just keep warm and offer water, wish I could help more sorry.

Im picking up crumbs in the morning but I was worried about tonight! I will go get some grass now but I dont have mealworms.They havent had anything but crumbs, I dont think I could feed them mealworms lol.
