I raise colored full curly Sebastopol geese, delinquent call ducks (they never stay home!), Cream legbar chickens, French Copper Marans, and Swedish Flower chickens. Always looking for new bloodlines and usually have fertile hatching eggs available...depending on the time of year.
I want to add the buff color to my flock of Sebbies.
I would prefer a gander, but I would buy also buy a hen.

Do you have anything available?
I have a dozen Sebbies which range in color from pure white to gray splash and gray saddleback.
I would like to introduce buff into the flock. Are there any breeders close to Virginia?

Do Ameraucanas come in a barred pattern?
Is there any chance that you could get a barred chicken from a SBEL cross? I purchased my SBEL eggs from eBay and I hatched a few white birds with leghorn combs, one white with a pea comb, and a barred bird with a leghorn comb. Since I purchased the eggs on eBay, I'm not sure if I got what I...

Is there a difference between the two in egg color, egg size, laying in cold weather/hot weather, or when they start laying?
I am really interested in raising SBELs. I currently have Marans and Orpingtons.
I have 7 SBEL eggs in the incubator right now, but the eggs were a light hue of blue.
What breed should I cross these with to get a darker blue shell? Cream legbar or Ameraucana?
Thanks for the help.
I have been trying to hatch call ducks for a few years with minimal luck. I can get the eggs to develop right to hatching time, but then the ducklings don't hatch and die in the shell. I'm convinced this must have something to do with the humidity in my incubators. I usually hold them about...
