I can say that they lasted longer than they would have had we not rescued them and gave them a happy life with good food for a couple of weeks.

My boyfriend gets heartburn fron chicken eggs. I've read that duck eggs are more alkaline than chicken eggs, that chicken eggs are quite acidic. Does anyone know if eating duck eggs will produce less heartburn? He loves eggs, I'd hate for him to have to give them up. Thanks.
