Just started my first flick of turkeys, broad Breasted, 3 white and 3 brown. One of the whites has these strange bulges under the eyes, any idea what it is and what I can do about it? Thanks for any help!

Hello, First time poster! I recently started my first flock and got a blackish one (pictured) as a hen but the more I look at it the more I think it could be a rooster. Any help is much appreciated!
