Help! I still can't tell what our 4 month old baby is. Pullet or cockerel??

Bought these babies since march 15, now that they are bigger , I notice a difference between both. The color of legs and crest. Does this make a difference in gender, or are they still too young to tell?

My guess is that they are sunbathing?? They usually only stay there for a couple of seconds then get up and do it again. Is this normal?

Hello everyone! First time owning chicks. These are about 4 weeks and a half old. I am beginning to think they are both cockerels now. What do you think?
