    Can my ducklings go outside?

I have 2 magpie ducklings, they are 3 and half weeks old and they are stinking up the house. I have a coop waiting for them outside, can they go outside? Here in temperate England the night temperature drops to a minimum of 12°C (53.6°F) but it's usually warmer. They have newspaper and hay bedding.
