My pullets are almost 6 weeks old and getting very restless. Can I move them outside at 6 weeks, even though it is in the 40's outside? I live in Chicago.
I'm raising Baby Chicks. I'm cleaning out my spice cupboard of old spices. I wonder if there are any that would be harmful to add to their bedding? Thinking of Bay leaves and thyme specifically. Possibly also cardamon.
I made one for Joyce who is molting in this Chicago 0 weather. But she took it off. How do I keep it on her. She was really looking raggedy and thin.
I made it from an old sweater. And then it began to rain. Could that be why she rejected it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Janny
