Last night he jumped out of the box he was in inside the brooder and mixed with the other chicks. We've kinda lost track of which chick it is now! That'[s how well he was healed!
Small update. Kept legs taped to treat the leg displacement and monitored and readjusted the ligament throughout the day. Ligament has stayed in place for around 7 or 8 hours now and he/she is up and walking almost completely fine now. The injured leg is outwards a little but overall big progress.
Sorry feels weird saying he or she when I don't know the gender. I tried to look at the feathers on the wings but I'm not sure.
The seccond picture is after its popped back in. Seems to stay in fir at least a few hours before it cones out again, that's why I mentioned the chick chair.

Update : they got the band aid off and the knee came out again. Keeps comming out when they try to walk around.
We were thinking about splinting or a chick chair but we don't know how to do either.
Temp was 37.5 C we started off lockdown at around 78% humidity but after chicks started to hatch it climbed up to as high as 88%. We left the hatched chicks in the incubator until day 2 when we noticed the first dead chick, at this time we removed all the dry chicks quickly and removed the egg...

First time hatching we've had 19/42 eggs hatch so far in about 38 hours into lockdown. 1 couldn't seem to get his balance walking around falling and this morning he died. 2 chick's started to "unzip" there eggs and then died and 1 chick has been piped for like 30 hours and hasn't started unzip...
