    I just checked and don’t see anything, but I thought if they lost feathers on the backside/vent it was bugs. :barnieWell at least the coop is clean for the winter and I can say I did a preventive:) although really glad It’s just molting! Thank you all!!!

    I have 2 khaki Campbell’s that are in need of a new home. They are very easy going, but have started to try mating with my chickens. I don’t have any female ducks and I don’t want my chickens to get hurt.

    They are khaki Campbell’s and yes both males. I had them free ranging outside coop/run and they still were going after her and it’s just the one!!! All 6 chickens would be together and they would make a bee line for the one every single time!

    I don’t smell any ammonia, we can add a couple openings under the eaves too! I have the door open today and coop seems to be dry right now. It’s almost 40 here so i think that is helping! Going to menards now to get supplies for 2m!! Thanks so much!!!

    No none of the eaves really have any openings - should we try to cut openings in the eaves or just add the large louvered vents to N & S gables

    So no ridge vent - should I just add and opening at the top of the n and S walls—the east and west walls look same at top except west walls do have windows East outside wall where it meets roof North peak-front of coop South peak
