For a few weeks my last two hens have been sitting on infertile eggs. They ate the other eggs around the coop and sit on 6-10. Can I take all eaten shells and all but one infetile egg out and add some fertile ones to their pile? If not how do I add fertile ones without them getting eaten.

My first time useing a red heat light bulbs through winter in my coop. I came home after 36 hours away and the coop light was burned out and two of three bantams are dead. My question is did it burn out and they then got cold.... or were they killed and bulb popped in the struggle? One...

My own 2 dogs are poodle mix and Bichon and love birds. My 5 year old fell off bike and skinned knee today. She was walking towards me crying and bleeding from knee. Then big pit bull with balls flapping charged towards her out of woods. I yelled and it changed course to chase my birds...

Yup got to counting my birds now they r all penned up today and seem ******* got 3-4 So not the Hawks and osprey hangin over the lake. Looking at using the current havaheart trap or getting a bigger. For tonight the hens are fenced and the guns loaded

Also got few hogs about 50-60lbs untouched behind electric fence where it occurred. So not sure if they r too big for k9 type predator or if it was the Hawks and osprey hanging around the lake across the street. Would a raptor eat a day old rooster?

Came home to this. Entire birds gone and just clumps of feathers. Lost some to dogs and fisher before but Hawks and osprey been around lately. Here's another clue. Two days ago shot a rooster on edge of yard and left there. In morning went to bag it up and entire body gone...

Just brought home a couple piglets that seem small for "6weeks" and one has a tail with frost bite spots. Anyways hoping they eat and drink soon but also think they have fleas. Any ideas if I can used dogs flea spray and shampoo on them?

I'm trying similar but will have section for pigs and for chickens. Then a side igloo door for access to courtyard.

Not quite done but its pallet corral with hoop house built over and igloo style door for chickens and pigs to use courtyard Still have to add roosting posts and feeder/waterer but for now the birds r in old chicken tractor
