I looked it up - how awful! And I live pretty close to several ponds, and also close to Derry. Chickens are henceforth confined to the run...😟
Hope your flock stays safe! Thanks for the heads up!

You could try hanging out at your...
Thanks everyone! This is what I have so far...
Still working on organization (I typed it in a document and the formatting did not transfer, so I will work on that later):

Yes!
My black lab, Winnie, thinks she's a chicken...she will eat the chicken food & grass/bugs or do whatever the chickens are doing! Except she tries to sniff their butts, and they don't like that lol! It's definitely an issue for us, especially because dogs aren't meant to eat that stuff.
I added yours, @PippinTheChicken and I'm working on adding yours, @Weeg.
Thanks so much!
Thanks, @3KillerBs!

I made a thread here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/quick-guide-what-byc-thread-article-was-most-helpful-to-you.1512364/
Let me know if I need to make any changes! Thanks.
Hey there,
This is more or less a continuation of this thread.
I'm creating a "quick guide" to BYC threads and articles that can be easily organized by topic and used to find the information you need quickly. That way people can find concise and reliable information on common issues without...
So what I’m hearing is…
1. Make a thread where people can share resources/threads/websites that they found useful
2. Approve and organize resources into an easily accessible list by topic
Thanks for your feedback!
What do you think?
Is all her poop like that? How does it compare to the other chickens? I’ve gotten some pretty weird poops when I feed them new things. For example, I fed them tomatoes and then was convinced that they had worms hahaha! But @Eggcessive definitely has more experience, and I would check out her...
Not quite sure where to put this, but it probably counts as feedback, so here we are.
I don't know if this could work, but I'll give it a shot.
I know that there have been some complaints about people posting on here for issues that could be fixed with a quick google search. For example, there...
That looks great, it's completely up to you! Everyone has their own fav breeds and what works well for you might not be the same as for other people. Good luck with your new chicks!
