I agree this one has me guessing!!! Either a beautiful pullet or a just coming into himself cockerel, I hear lavender orpington sometimes come in late for roosters.
We have 3 hens laying and 23 pullets a few from April and a few from May. I’m waiting for Our April girls to start laying any day. We’ve had 1 nice rooster in the past and 3 mean buggers. Hopefully this one will be nice.
Hard to get a good shot but what do you think this girl is? Her head is poofy like a punk rocker and her face cheek feathers are puffy and she sweeks instead of the normal balking.

We ordered birds from McMurray this year and we got the 1 "exotic" breed this year that I am thinking is a rooster. We also got I believe a Speckled Sussex rooster and a Partridge Rock Rooster. We ordered all hens... grrrr. Anyway can you confirm they are all Roosters and what is the one with...
