After you let his neck go, it twists around again. There is nothing to support it. He does chirp when it’s upright possibly in pain?

His head is completely upside down. When I found him this morning he was trying to get his head upright. Now he’s very weak and and just lets his head dangle upside down. Beak facing up. Has no control and had to have it held upright to drink and take syringe. Lethargic and warm to the touch.

Ty! I am prepared for the worst hoping for the best. And that was my plan but after reading some horror stories thought maybe my plan wasn't as well thought out as it should be.
