    Newest members of the flock

So my last three to join the flock are being introduced this week. Since they are so small we don't want them to get hurt. These three are Merideth, Judith, and Karen. These are my three mystic marans. They are lovely and they still peep so softly. Their claws are no joke though! OUCH! Anyway, I...

Well today we have eggs hatching and I am so curious about their markings and what they will one day look like! Is this a new cross breed of bantam chickens? Male or Female?

So my sweet baby Saphire Gem has me confused. I know these can be sexed at hatching but we were not there for that time and it was already a week old when we picked it up. So I posted a few pics of our Saphire Gem for some help so we can name it. Thanks my chicken friends!

    Emergency!!!!

My friend found this chick when taking in her garbage can. They live in the city where no one is allowed to have chickens. I have 6 baby bantams about the same age as this chick she found. Can I rescue it and add it to my flock? I know it may not be a bantam like mine but I don't want her to die...

Hi, I picked up 6 lovely bantam chicks as a mother's day gift from my husband but we have no idea what breed they are, how old they are, or what sex they are (although I think they are all pullets). I have attached a few pictures. They are all the same breed I think. Two of them have legs...
