Bu But the Dominique has a rose comb right? And you are pretty sure on both being a cockerel? What are the tell tale signs of that?

I have several chickens that are not what I was told when I bought them. I’m new and bought from stores so that’s on me. But I was wondering if my one could give me thoughts on the breed and sex of a few of them. And if so please tell me why you mean that way so I can learn what to look for as well.

Here are better pictures in better lighting. I got them from a local farm and saw the parents on site as well. And how can you tell the other one is a cockarel? Also they originally told us it was a barred rock but that doesn’t match comb type either.
