I bought eggs from spitzbro homestead. Incubated them myself.

During the day the lamp is off, I should have added that. We are down to one chick down. I will look for the other treatments. I just am shocked on how fast this hit and how they just kept dropping. 💔

Overnight I lost 5 out of 10 chicks. (6 weeks old) had no idea they had it as they were completely fine and then dropped dead out if no where. This the first time dealing with coccidosis. Today the final 5 started corid. Two are lethargic and hanging their heads. Ive been watering them all...

I love that it is mite resistant! Mites can be awful for our chickens health. Happy chickens are the best chickens

I agree that they are junk, but i am glad I had it for back up! I got the issue figured out and have 19 new chicks now! I think they're okay for hatching in emergencies, but I would not use it during the whole process. My main incubator was down and if I didn’t have it. I would have 19 dead...

I only add room temperature water during incubation, so I don’t think that was the problem with this. I have no other ideas on why it did it. Its not hot in our house or by a window. Tomorrow is day 21 and I really do hope some hatch. I’ve been so nerved up about the temperature ever since.
