    I purchased two chickens as Easter Eggers, this photo is Daisy, her sister Lily looks exactly them same. They lay almost blue eggs with a slight green tint and they have a tuft on their heads. The problem is that I read that EE are supposed to have small or pea combs. My two have large ones...

    I’m in NE Texas and just built (put together) my first coop and had a guy come over and build a 10 x 16 run around the coop because in our city to have chickens they have to be totally enclosed. The coop said for 10-15 chickens, but that could only be correct just for roosting! I bought 8 chicks...
