I wouldnt say he is molting but last year he had a full green head, it's only this year he is striped. He is pretty big bodied too. Are Welsh's usually a bit on the smaller side?

'Big Duck' here is a couple years old, he used to only have a green head but now has the cool racing stripes. Also any help identifying the female breeds too would be cool. I'm thinking they are pekin mixes... mystery ducks!

Actually I think you're right. I found one small scab on another hen. What do I do for the ducklings? If its passed by mosquitos I dont have much of an area they can be away from them. Do you think they will be okay? Theres still 4 more eggs maybe about to hatch..

I cant see any scabs or other bumps yet. Yes there are mosquitos but no other birds that I have show any signs.
