Update on an Americana 4 weeks old Silver laced Wyandotte sapphire olive egger Another crested chicken most likely a mix but not sure yet .

Oh yeah yours has a lot of black ! They say the black starts showing on their chest around 3-4 weeks ? I’m going they are females so far I think your right !

I have 2 Faverolle I think they are both pullets but might be too soon to tell … they are going on 3 weeks old.

I’m not too sure where they got them from to be honest . If I find out I will update you for sure !!

Recently had a baby lavender Orpington die suddenly from natural causes. Only one of them so went back to the farm store where I purchased them and they said there was an issue with the new batch of lavender Orpington so instead they got in lavender whydandottes…. I never knew these even existed...

I know … I’m hoping not but another 3 weeks or so we should be able to tell for sure 🤞🏼

Thank you ! I feel like the 2 with the longer and more full wing feathers are females . Their wings are much larger than the other 2!

Here is an updated picture of the Faverolles ! About a week old . I know we don’t know the sex yet but want to do weekly pictures .

Hey guys I grabbed 3 baby starlights yesterday . I had one in the past by that one had the chipmunk coloring. I haven’t seen any that look like these so if you guys have any that did would love to see the progression pics! I know way too early to sex them now but I can update you guys as they age 👍🏼
