What part of TX? And what kind of quality are your silkies?

I am a Lvn for a juvenile correctional facility. Today was only my second day but it seems great so far! I was a clinical research nurse for a diabetic research facility for two years but the politics at that place was HORRIBLE!

Well last year I hatched Lynnes project lemon blue Cochin. I have 2 huge colorful roosters and 4 very pretty blue and splash girls. I also have a sport marans and 3 silkie pullets! Love them all but seriously thinking of raising some SQ silkies now. How about yourself?

Been watching this for like an hour now... She sure looks tired after that whole ordeal of someone moving her foal around from the Inside! Poor girl.

I would like to see more Silkies from Ideal if anyone else has any. I am thinking of ordering those and even some Bantam Cochins!
