We got 90 mile an hour winds in the storm, took a couple tree limbs out but all the buildings are still up. We were one of the lucky ones only lost electric for 3 hours. There are some in town that are still out.
Just hatched my last incubator, and have some beautiful Americana's and Black Silkies. Am so excited. Has anyone else been having problems with there silkies? My hatch rate is good with all my other breeds but the silkies.
I am in Indiana and we are the same as you as far as trapping to protect livestock, otherwise we have to have a license. I have trapped 10 in the last 8 days. I have been over ran that is for sure. Check into the fur buyers but I think they only want them in the winter when there coats are premium.
