    Just finishing my fall broilers

    We have just finished 30 white broilers. We got them 8/22. We processed 15 at 7.5 weeks. The birds ranged from 5.03lbs up to 6.38 lbs. just yesterday we finished the other 15 birds. 6.05 up to 6.90. This was our third batch of white broilers from McMurry hatcheries.     Processing complete6/30

    We processed our 8 week old white broilers this morning. Our smallest was 5.25 lbs. and the largest was 6.85 lbs. the normal range was 6.25-6.50lbs. All dressed weight . We are going to do 60 more in the late summer.they were a blast to raise.
