What was the outcome? Pullet or Cockeral? We are having the same issues!

Have you determined the difference yet? We are having the same problem. The one we thought was a hen, has been crowing all weekend!

We are in SC & decided against a light in the coop. Our 7 birds are doing great w/out it.
