I highly recommend that you stay away from your friends flock, they have a respiratory disease. Even with the strictest biosecurity you practice, the risk is too great that your flock will become infected. If your friend comes to your property, it's a greater risk.

Get a fecal sample tested at a vet first to verify if it's gapeworm. If you dont you'll be wasting money. Gapeworm are rare in chickens.
