Update: Here are the Speckled Sussex that hatched. I am impressed with the eggs I received from My Pet Chicken. All 13 were developing, but I had some problems with maintaining temperatures this time around. We had a power outage. But it seems that 10 out of 13 is still a good hatch rate.
I am happy with them, and I have the Speckled Sussex eggs in the incubator due to hatch next week. MPC has amazing customer service and did resend the correct eggs. I will not be able to keep the roosters as they are not allowed in my county. One of them died a week or two ago. So just the...

Here are some updated pictures at 4 weeks old. I think they must be Buff Orpington and I think the one in the middle is a cockerel. I had 3 out of 11 who look to be cockerels.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Looks like I am going to have to wait till they get bigger for a better idea of what they are, as there are several breeds that look basically the same. I hope they are Buff Orpington.
