I wouldn't sell them. In my experience, they don't fry up as nicely as non-frozen eggs. The yolk seems to get runny. I use them for baking or scrambled eggs.

I have used frozen eggs. My criteria is if the crack is facing up and not full of chicken poop or straw, or if it's face down and has stuff in it. Obviously, the dirty ones don't get used.
