    How did you move it? I looked at that when we were first starting but the cost of hiring someone to load and move the shed was more than buying materials. And it still needs modification... They never have enough ventilation and often no windows.

    I saw one set up inside the store at TSC yesterday and was struck by how small the pop door was. I think my bigger girls might get stuck widthwise. It did make me wonder if they ever actually tried using their product with fully grown hens.

    That's exactly what they do. They should be figuring based on usable roost length, really, since that's where they'll all need to fit at once​. They do make decent outdoor brooding grow-outs, though, if you get one with hardware cloth rather than chicken wire. And yes, sized fine for bantams...

    There are shed building books that are written for absolute noobs. Those will cover the basics of construction if you'd like to give it a go. Heck, you can probably get one at your local library and decide after looking through it whether you want to try. Remember that the chickens won't care if...
