Been using it again for a few days now with no redirects. I will use the app over the browser simply because it requires less effort (fewer clicks) to get to BYC.

Ok it's been 2 days now with fairly heavy usage (I'd come to BYC ever chance I'd get on my phone). I read, scrolled, used countless link, searches, the whole 9 and have yet to get the redirect since removing the app.

I got the Facebook one again today but this time using a browser not the app. I never got these before downloading the app. I've uninstalled the app and ran a scan on my phone. The scan came back with no threats. So we'll see if the redirect comes back now with the app gone.

I've gotten this redirect twice now. Both times I was on the home page and scrolling. Neither time could I back out of the redirect; had to close the app.
