Easter is April 21 next year! We will have a greater chance of decent weather since we will start incubating on the day we were hatching this year!

I had to go back and change his age...he will be 8 at the end of the month.
I must have been counting hens/pullets in my head when I typed his age.

Yes, Audun will be 8 (edited this) at the end of this month (Anna and Asta both passed). I have about 10 hens/pullets and a cockerel that hatched last year. I also have an Ayam Cemani cockerel with the flock so no pure eggs right now.
Since my eggs are in my neighbor's incubator, I'll won't be candling until at least Tuesday. I had a lot of trouble seeing into the Marans eggs last year and the Ameraucana weren't much easier.
Home for lunch. Called neighbor, when over and put the eggs in his Sportsman!! :wee
