the coop is a lot bigger than it looks, and i already added more ventilation. the heat lamp is very secure and in a safe place! they are chicks and the temp drop a lot here at night, i am very careful!

Thanks! here are the things i am planning on adding! nest box dividers and barriers, auto-door, i made a hardware cloth door at the back for ventilation in the summer, but i can us the solid door at night and in winter, a coat of paint, latches on nest boxes, there are already predator proof...

i litterately paid NOTHING for my coop! my Nana & Papa gave it to me!

and my dad wants to make his own auto door. he is VERY into doing EVERYTHING himself...LOL!

i might put a tray in the floor if my dad will cut a nice place to slide it in and out.

it will stay on wheels but i am fencing the garden so they will be in a run.
