8 days since breeding started still no eggs. I notice one of my males really chases a lot, if no eggs by next weekend he may be on the grill

Just fed em and saw 2 mating. Eggs soon

I have not witnessed mating yet but have noticed a change in their call and seen male gaurding groups of hens.....

I don't give any artificial uv cause it is summer n they want to stay outside

I am a first-timer at raising birds. I got 18 Corturnix from a woman on Craigslist. I believe 12 are females. She claimed the birds were about 4 weeks and i have had em 2.5 weeks. Been hoping for eggs since Friday, but no luck am i doing something wrong or do i just need to be patient? I feed...
