The only thing I can think of is to move her to a location that is not so comfy for brooding. Maybe a wooden coop floor without shavings or hay. I know wire pens work for chicken hens, but she is kind of heavy for that, I'm sure...it may bother her feet. Turkeys are stubborn broodies, aren't...
