That's the partial spur. My game cross has that too. Look above, find the wrinkle, & look within it?

The two bumps on the leg. There's a wrinkle next to it, that shows its something that has grown there.

Can you get a better picture away from the rope? The spot I'm looking at isn't the rope.

The rope is behind the double spur. You can see the separation between the spurs, & rope.

Edited for clear view of spurs.The larger long spur just has a groove.

I see 2 short spurs, 1 long spur, & a partial spur. I like multi spurred birds. Can you get a better picture of the other eye?
