Wow! Mine didn't have anywhere near that amount of speckling at that age. Pretty girls. Your Welsummer looks a lot like the OP's picture. Changing my guess to Welsummer.- MissE

Hard to tell with the red light, but I do think that's an SS cockeral. Mine didn't have much for speckles until their 15 week molt. The more they molt, the more speckles they get.- MissE
