I have that one and the smaller version one.
They're great and hold a lot of weight but I can't see 1,200 lbs. It might hold it but you won't move it by hand.
I use it to haul feed from truck to barn. 8 or 9 bags is about as much as I can drag at a time.
I also use it in the winter to haul a 55...

They wouldn't be rodent proof but if you don't have that issue they're great.
