Thank You so much for Your help and video. I called Brinsea earlier today. They were able to give me some advice. It looks I will have to send the incubator back for another reason though. Going to have to wait awhile to try and hatch my first eggs.

I mistakenly took the external water reservoir fill tube off my Brinsea Maxi II Advance incubator. Does anybody know how to put it back on? Or, do I need to replace it? It looks like there is a rigid tube on both ends. But, that is now misshapen. Thank You for any help and advice anyone has...
