The slight cutoff of the toes bothers me.

Seems like the tail (?) is out of focus. Maybe if the whole body was in focus it would be an overall better photo.

I personally think the blurriness on the wood is distracting.

I don’t think there is much you can do when the lighting is that bright. I gave it a shot anyway and here’s what I got. Played around with the editing features. I’m not great with editing so I can’t tell you a whole lot on what to do to help with that. Maybe @azurbanclucker can help.

I like it a lot. I think the lighting is a bit harsh on the hen though.

What bothers me is the little pieces of grass that are not blurred in the bottom right.

A lot of the photo has shadows from the trees so a lot of the photo gets brightened up when I being the shadow brightness up.

I played with it a little and brightened up the shadows. Does it look any better?
